Yael Costilla is a Managing Director at Fund Services Group. She focuses on team development and improvement of processes used to deliver our services as she leads our accounting, legal, and compliance teams within the Outsourced CFO Services area.

Yael has over 18 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining FSG, Yael worked for Enbridge Inc. where she was responsible for the annual budget, forecasting, and management reporting for the GTM segment. She also managed the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance program, streamlining and harmonizing processes across the enterprise. Prior to joining Enbridge, Yael worked in the Deloitte external audit practice as a Senior Manager serving large utility and midstream companies. Yael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and an Master's in Finance from Texas A&M University. She is also a registered CPA in the state of Texas.

Yael and her husband, Marco, have two children, Max and Olivia. In her free time, she enjoys reading bedtime stories, listening to music, and singing off key with her two aspiring vocalists.
