Tessa Duchsherer is an Associate at Fund Services Group. Her responsibilities are within the People & Culture team that focuses on our team culture and development. Tessa’s responsibilities include working closely with our team to ensure we are recruiting, training, developing, and retaining team members who provide optimal results for our clients and embrace the FSG Principles.

Prior to joining FSG, Tessa’s work experience included roles in the educational system and finance industry, with a strong focus on administrative functions and day-to-day operational management. Tessa holds a degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.

In her free time, Tessa enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring national parks, attending live music, and staying active.
