Lisa Head is a Director at Fund Services Group where she focuses on business development and onboarding new client relationships successfully. Lisa has multiple decades of experience in accounting, auditing and tax preparation for alternative investment vehicles.

Prior to joining FSG, Lisa was a Tax Partner at Weaver LLP, where her practice focused on clients in the investment fund industry. Throughout her career, she has specialized in providing tax, audit, financial reporting, and administration services for private and regulated alternative investment entities, including domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds. She also provided consulting, planning and tax compliance for fund managers, family offices and wealth advisory firms, including management of back-office operations, preparation and facilitation of tax reporting, as well as compliance with all SEC and CFTC regulatory filings.

Lisa holds a Bachelor's in Political Science and a Master's in Taxation from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is also a registered CPA in the state of Texas.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends.
