Kiana Jackson is a Vice President at Fund Services Group. Her responsibilities are within the People & Culture team that focuses on our team culture and development. In this role, Kiana partners with the team to ensure we are training, developing, and supporting team members who provide optimal results for our clients and embrace the FSG Principles.

Kiana has more than 15 years of Human Resources experience across the maritime transportation, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. She has led and supported initiatives across a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, training and development, and talent management. Kiana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development and is known for her ability to build strong relationships, bring clarity to complex situations, and foster an environment where individuals feel supported and empowered to succeed.

Outside of work, Kiana enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is a proud mother to her son Jermaine, who serves in the U.S. Army, her daughter G’Leya, a licensed cosmetologist, and her cat, Deuce.
