Jasie Bryden is a Managing Director at Fund Services Group. She leads our Fund Administration Services area that focuses on overseeing accounting operations and NAV preparation for private or alternative fund structures. Our Fund Administration Services include the onboarding of clients, delivering accurate and timely reporting to clients and their investors, creating operational efficiencies for clients, and leading audit and tax coordination. Her primary focus is on developing and expanding the capabilities of our fund administration team, and ensuring the systems and technology used within the fund administration service area are best suited to our client’s business needs.

Jasie has over 24 years of experience in the alternative fund administration industry. Prior to joining FSG, Jasie founded a boutique fund administration firm in 2013 that was subsequently acquired by a multi-national fund administration group in 2021, where she continued as a Director of Fund Administration following the acquisition. Jasie began her career with Deutsche Bank Alternative Fund Services, where she worked in day-to-day operations of fund administration for hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. Jasie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Iowa.

Jasie has one child, Clara, and in her free time enjoys reading, cooking, yoga, and spending time with her pets.
