Jade Tran is an Associate at Fund Services Group in our Outsourced CFO Services area that focuses on tax matters for our clients, such as federal and state tax compliance and comprehending the tax implications and structuring requirements for private fund structures. Her primary responsibilities include assisting in the review of tax allocations and book-to-tax adjustments for private funds, assisting in the review of federal and state tax returns, and ensuring the timely delivery and filing of K-1s and tax returns.

Prior to joining FSG, Jade spent time in the tax practice at Deloitte gaining exposure to a wide variety of domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity funds, and real estate funds. During Jade’s time in public accounting, she provided tax services to alternative investment managers and their funds. Jade holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

In her free time, Jade enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with family.
