Heather Delgado is a Managing Partner at Fund Services Group. She leads the Transformation and Technology team, focusing on process definition and documentation; innovation around processes, technology and teams to optimize outputs for our clients; acting as the lead for project management in large-scale client onboarding; and ensuring that the internal change process aligns with the FSG Principles and culture.

Prior to launching FSG, Heather served as Chief Operations Officer at a prominent private fund manager located in Houston, Texas. In that role, she was responsible for all activities associated with investor onboarding, investor reporting, money movements, and the technology and systems of the firm. Heather was previously with Merrill Lynch, combining to provide over 20 years of investment operational experience to our clients.

Heather and her husband, Ray, are supporters of several local and national charitable organizations. They spend most of their free time traveling, with their family and friends, volunteering at the local animal shelter, or relaxing at home on the coast of Galveston Bay. Heather and Ray have one daughter, Jacqueline.
