Hana Hoffmann is a Director at Fund Services Group. She is a leader in our Fund Administration Services area that focuses on financial reporting for alternative fund structures and SEC registered funds. Her leadership responsibilities include developing and expanding the capabilities of the Financial Reporting team, project oversight, and delivering best in class financial reporting services.

Hana brings extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting research and application, and financial statements review. Her career has focused on investment products, including alternative investment funds, institutional finance products, business and consumer credit, and capital markets activities. Prior to joining FSG, Hana worked in various roles within the finance industry, including with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance and with Capital One, where she held an accounting policy oversight role that included the review of annual and quarterly SEC financial reports. Earlier in her career, she worked in public accounting auditing banks and alternative investment funds. She is also a CPA in the state of Virginia and a CFA charterholder.

Outside of work, Hana enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, hiking, bird watching, and exploring the outdoors.
