Carter Helton is an Associate at Fund Services Group. His responsibilities are within the Outsourced CFO Services team where he focuses on the financial planning and reporting processes for our clients. This involves advanced accounting processes such as consolidations and preparation of accounting reports, overseeing accounting input processes such as payroll, vendor pay, and cash reconciliation, and supporting the onboarding/offboarding process for team members of our clients.

Prior to joining FSG, Carter served as Controller at a landscape architecture firm where his responsibilities included financial report preparation and presentation, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost control, and cash flow management. Carter began his career at a private aviation firm. Carter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a finance emphasis from Lee University.

Carter and his wife, Hannah, love spending time with their sons, Max and Josiah, and are leaders in their local church. Carter also loves watching sports, and playing basketball and pickleball.
